User Data Deletion Instructions

At Vexsara Labs, we value your privacy and provide you with full control over your personal data. Follow the steps below to request the deletion of your account and associated information.

1How to Request Deletion

You can request the deletion of your data by sending an email to our support team. Please include the following information to help us process your request quickly:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • The specific service you are using (e.g., RozPos, Vexsara Digital Storefront).
  • A brief statement confirming you wish to delete your data permanently.

2Types of Data Deleted

When we process a data deletion request, the following information is permanently removed from our active databases:

Account Information

Name, email, phone number, and profile settings.

Business Data

Store configuration, product listings, and digital storefront assets.

Transaction History

Records of past transactions (retained only where required by law).

Technical Logs

Device identifiers and usage logs associated with your identity.

3Processing Timeframe

Once we receive and verify your request, we will initiate the deletion process within 48-72 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Note: Some data may remain in our encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being completely purged. Financial records may be retained for longer periods if required for tax or legal compliance.
