Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Vexsara Labs, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our products, including RozPos. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued and subscriptions may be cancelled. By using our services, you agree to the terms below.

2. One-Time Setup Fees

The one-time setup fee (for Starter, Growth, or Pro plans) covers the immediate costs of provisioning your account, server allocation, and initial onboarding.

This setup fee is non-refundable once the account has been provisioned and access credentials have been issued.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Subscription fees are paid in advance for the upcoming month.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • If you cancel, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds (pro-rated or otherwise) for partial months of service or strictly for lack of usage.

4. Cancellations

To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team or use the cancellation option within your account dashboard (if available) at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.

5. Exceptions

We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • System errors where you were double-charged.
  • Major service failures where the software was unusable for an extended period (subject to verification by our technical team).
